This training course provides solid basic knowledge about adult learning. Improving the participant’s instructional skills is the aim. By providing several opportunities to reflect your way of designing, conducting and evaluating trainings, the course helps to upgrade your teaching technique. Valuable feedback from experienced instructors will contribute to further develop your skills when it comes to presentations or preparing and holding a training event.

At the end of the course, participants prepare and deliver a lesson according to the models and techniques presented during the course.
