Linz and the surrounding area
Linz is a symbiosis of industrial, cultural and international creative city, embedded in beautiful natural landscapes on the Danube. Having been named a “UNESCO City of Media Arts”, the 2009 Capital of Culture is one of the world’s most future-oriented places and metropolises. Another milestone that accelerates the path from Linz to the creative center of Europe. The luminous cultural metropolis offers a wide range of options for business guests and organizers. There are many good reasons to meet in Linz.
The surroundings of Linz offer the mountains and lakes of the Salzkammergut in southern Upper Austria. The regions in the southeast around Pyhrn-Priel and the Kalkalpen National Park with its wooded mountain ridges. The valley of the Danube runs through the state from west to east, in between lies Linz, the state capital. To the north of it are the hill worlds of the Mühlviertel.

All participants in the Air Freight Academy will receive free parking spaces either at car park K2 or in front of the freight building for the duration of the seminars. The parking spaces are within walking distance of the seminar rooms.
By bus, train, taxi or rental car to Linz Airport
The seminar rooms are located on the first floor of the departure and arrival hall with direct access to the restaurant and a view of the apron.
Occasionally, seminars can also take place in the seminar rooms of the headquarters of Linz Flughafen GesmbH or in the cargo building.
